- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible place to live. Very poor management. Five different managers in 5yrs. I moved out almost 2 months ago and I'm still dealing with trying to get my deposit back. Today I experienced the worst encounter that I have ever had. Especially coming from someone who claims to be the owner of Brentwood Apartment. No wonder the occupancy is so low.
